Can I return/exchange my purchase?
At ILoveSexy.com, your business is important to us and we do our best to ensure that you are happy with your order. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, most items can be returned within 14 days for a refund/exchange. Items must be:
- Unworn or without signs of wear
- Not missing any parts
- In original packaging
For health reasons, we do not allow returns of panties or stockings once the packaging has been opened. Pet costumes are also not refundable.
Items marked as clearance/closeout/final sale are not refundable.

How do I make a return?
To return/exchange your item, start by filling out our return request here. Our customer service department will send you a confirmation email with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. If you received an incorrect item or your item was damaged upon receipt, we will also send a pre-paid return label and tracking number in the confirmation email. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping the item.
Place the RMA on the outside of the package and include the original packing slip with the item you wish to return. We recommend obtaining a tracking order and insurance as we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

How long will it take to process my return?
Most returns/exchanges are processed within 15 days. Please allow for extra time for processing during Halloween.

How do I make an exchange?
For exchanges, place a new order with our store for an item of equal or greater value and include the new order number with your unused/unworn item. We will issue a refund once the returned item is received. This is because the item you want to exchange for may be out of stock by the time we receive your return and to ensure the fastest delivery of your replacement item.

How much of a refund do I get?
Returns without exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are for the item only; we do not refund shipping charges. Order cancellation also results in a 15% restocking fee. We will refund your item based on method of purchase.

What if I bought the item during a sale/promotion?
Refunds are based on the price at time of purchase. If a returned item disqualifies your total order from receiving the promotion, the cost of the promotion will be deducted from your refund after the 15% restocking fee has been applied.

Refused/Undeliverable Shipments
All refused/undeliverable shipments are treated as unauthorized returns and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How discreet is your packaging?
Our shipments are safe for receipt at home or work. To protect your privacy, all of our items are sent in plain envelopes or standard USPS packaging, depending on the size/weight of your order and method of delivery. Only the name “Fulfillment Warehouse” will be on the return address area.

How long does it take to process my order?
Order processing time usually takes 1-2 business days upon receiving your order. Please allow for more time for processing during the holiday season.

What are your domestic shipping options?
Our orders are shipped through USPS to anywhere the US Post Office ships to, including P.O. Box, APO/FPO. Etc. We offer a variety of shipping options for your convenience:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 Business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 Business days
- Two-Day Shipping: 1-2 Business days*
*Two-Day Shipping is available only to Continental U.S. street addresses. No Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, P.O. Box, or U.S. Protectorates. Signature is required, so please make sure someone is present at time of delivery.
For all shipping options, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your package has been discreetly shipped.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally to many countries. Orders placed outside of the US may be subject to tariffs, duties, and/or taxes that are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for items delayed by customs.

I accidentally gave an incorrect shipping address. What happens now?
Packages that are shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer during the order process will be subject to additional charges if the address must be changed by the carrier in order for the package to be deliverable.
